We transform yarn into premium fabrics using 30 MAYER & CIE German machines and 7 SHIMA SEIKI flat collar machines. From basic jerseys to complex jacquards, our skilled team ensures precision, consistency, and a wide variety of textures and finishes to meet every client’s need.

Accuracy in cutting is vital to ensuring a garment’s proper fit and finish. Our cutting department is equipped with Gemini CAD/CAM systems, band knife machines, and IMA fabric spreaders, which allow us to produce patterns with exact measurements. By combining digital pattern-making with automated spreading, we maintain consistency across large volumes without compromising quality. Each fabric piece is cut to perfection, minimizing wastage and ensuring maximum efficiency.
Our embroidery unit features BARUDAN and TAJIMA machines with 40 heads and dedicated sampling units. From logos to intricate motifs, our expert team delivers embroidery that is precise, durable, and visually striking. With the ability to manage both bulk production and small custom runs, we ensure flexibility for every client. Each design is carefully executed to add elegance, identity, and lasting value to the garment. Our advanced setup allows us to consistently meet global standards in embroidery quality.

We have a fleet of 200+ computerized stitching machines including YAMATO, BROTHER, JUKI, and TYPICAL. These machines allow us to carry out a wide range of stitching operations, from simple single-needle stitches to advanced fancy patterns. Our highly trained tailors and operators ensure every garment is stitched with accuracy and durability.
Perfection is achieved in the final touches. Our finishing section is equipped with NAOMOTO, MACPI, and BELLA machines, which help in removing excess threads, eliminating stains, and ensuring garments are properly pressed and shaped. This ensures that every garment leaving our facility is neat, polished, and ready for retail.
Our dedicated QC team monitors garments at every stage — from fabric inspection to the final product. We follow strict AQL 1.5 standards and also conduct in-house lab tests for GSM, shrinkage, spirality, color fastness, and more. By combining human expertise with technology, we ensure that our garments consistently meet international benchmarks.
